Malt Extract Syrup is the resultant product of natural sugar maltose, which is derived from malted barley grain. This viscous tanned syrup has an extensive range of food applications, predominantly breakfast cereals, biscuits, malt drinks, sauces, ice cream and recently adopted, craft beer.
